Citrus yellow, complex aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers with notes of butter and coconut. Fresh attack, fine acidity and with accentuated body. Very mineral and harmonious. Long finish.
Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel tanks (50%) and in 400L barrels for 20 to 30 days.
Aging 50% for 4 months in French oak barrels.
Ideal with white meats, seasoned fish, cod, and seafood.

Casa Relvas
Casa Relvas was born out of the desire to continue the history of a family connected to the earth over five generations on two continents. This family project was started in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, in Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw the vast horizons of his roots in Africa at the São Miguel Estate. His passion for the Alentejo and respect for its unique and genuine nature led to the first step being the typical foresting of the montado. But it was in the vineyard, a culture with over 2000 years of history in the region, that we discovered our vocation.
