Citrine colour with golden tinges, aroma of some complexity well wrapped in nuances of yellow flesh fruit, honeyed notes and light toast. In the mouth it reveals itself structured, intense and unctuous, with good acidity and a voluminous finish of medium persistence.
The grapes were harvested at night and gently pressed. The final part of the fermentation was in French and American oak barrels. The wine was aged on the lees themselves for 4 months, and wrapped by hand.
