O Produtor, tasting note published in August 28th 2022

We talk about the orographic feature formed by the Serra do Mendro, which separates Alto and Baixo Alentejo. This fault in Vidigueira, oriented east-west, forms a natural corridor for the influence of the Atlantic winds. It was here, looking at the light blue sky, that we dreamed of our wines. The Reserva Branco blends the terroir of this land, influenced by the cooler climate and the diversity of skeletal soils, resulting in a wine of balance, perfumed aroma, linear structure, and great density and minerality. Harvest: A patient and attentive winemaking process allowed for precise harvesting of all the grape varieties, respecting the natural freshness and the varietal character of the grapes, anticipating wines that are very balanced and highly enjoyable.
