This glutinous wine presents a clean, bright citrine colour. Young aroma, dominated by exotic fruits, and floral aromas, where nuances of rose stand out. Lots of freshness and fruit intensity with a finish crowned by an excellent acidity providing a perfect balance.
The grapes are crushed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. No barrel aging. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
