Clear, citrine colour, with gas release. Young and fruity aroma. Sweet and delicate, fresh and fruity. It is a semi-dry wine to be drunk young. The consumer enjoys a young aroma, marked by
notes of lemon, passion fruit and pineapple and a unique and distinctive bouquet. Its moderate alcohol content and perfect balance of acidity and sweetness make it the ideal companion for summer days!
After receiving the grapes, the whole grapes are pressed to obtain the must. Cold static decantation for 24-48 hours. Controlled fermentation at 14-16°C for 10-15 days. Minimum ageing on fine lees for two months.
