The wine tradition in the Évora region dates back to time immemorial. The Charter that King Manuel I granted to the city in 1501 bears witness to this. Adega Cartuxa joins the flavor of history to the unique art of this wine, in an evocative edition of the Foral.
This wine is produced from the Assario grape variety and its youthful notes stand out, characterized by fruity aromas and fresh flavors.
It was first produced in 2002.
