Citrus colour, intense aroma of mineral character balanced with notes of melon, grapefruit and subtle honey. In the mouth it is round, fresh and with a lingering finish.
VINIFICATION | Transport in 20 Kg boxes, de-stemming without crushing, pre-fermentation maceration before pressing for 4 to 6 hours, pressing, static decantation for 48 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats between 15ºC and 17ºC
