History: In the heart of Portugal, very elegant wines are born. From this region are born wines loaded with subtlety and elegance, supported by the natural acidity given by this terroir. They are wines that captivate and seduce, and soon become unforgettable for their personality, elegance, freshness and smoothness. Dão is all this and much more. Vinification: Vinified by the open tip process, fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of 15ºC. Fermentation finished in French oak barrels.
