Bright, open colour with hints of lemon. On the nose, the intensity and joviality of the style predominate. An aroma of immense fruit, full of tropical suggestions, apricot and white plum. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, velvety, sweet but very fresh, with the fruit taking centre stage. The tropical suggestions remain, accompanied by citric tones and refreshing vegetal modulations. Very harmonious and well-balanced. The finish is tasty, full-bodied and long-lasting.
Vinification
Grapes pressed using a pneumatic press; 48 hours cold settling; alcoholic fermentation between 13º and 15ºC. Aged on fine lees for 1 month, stored in stainless steel.
