With good aromatic intensity, this wine shows youth and a good concentration of citrus notes, asparagus, and a slight tropical touch; medium body with refreshing acidity and light creaminess, smooth, with a finish marked by good fruit and a saline touch.
The wine that has become the emblem of our house, vibrant, full of freshness. It is mouthwatering, with a prominent fruitiness, but with fantastic minerality, acidity, and a saline finish that makes it even more refreshing. Perfect for a summer afternoon; and always versatile at the table, alongside fish and seafood, sushi, or salads.
The winemaking process involved light pressing, cold decanting, and alcoholic fermentation at 14-15°C for 15 days. Batonnage on fine lees for 4 months.
