Our family continues a tradition that has lasted for 6 generations.
We own 12 hectares of Chablis Grand Cru (Les Clos, Clos des Hospices which is exclusive to the Moreau family, Valmur, Vaudésir, Blanchot), Chablis 1er Cru Vaillon, Chablis and Petit Chablis. The Domaine’s modern and functional cellar is located in the heart of the village of Chablis, at the foot of its famous Grands Crus.
We respect the terroir of Chablis, unique in the world. We work in a rational manner, respecting the soil and the grapes and applying a global policy of yield control.
Our winemaking techniques must honour the high quality of our terroir, our vines and our grapes in order to get the best out of each vintage. We harvest entirely by hand, from our Petit Chablis to our Grands Crus.
The Domaine is now Ecocert certified in Organic Farming
