A blend highly appreciated for its balance, with a perfect combination of the aromas of three of the region’s most famous grape varieties.
This green wine pairs perfectly with various dishes such as fish, grilled poultry, Asian cuisine, or a fresh salad. It is perfect for a summer aperitif.
Suggestion: Tuna Gratin with Green Olives.
Winemaking: Winemaking: Loureiro 50%, Arinto 30%, Trajadura 10%, Avesso 10%. Hand-picked grapes vinified without oxidation. The grapes are destemmed to obtain the most expressive varietal aromas and less astringent wines. Fermentation at low temperatures.
