Conceito Unico is a white wine from the Douro region of enormous complexity, concentration and aromatic intensity. It is a velvety white wine, with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as orange peel, ripe apricots and balsamic notes. It presents notes of dried fruits, wet stone notes and great acidity.
Grapes hand-picked into small boxes, refrigerated, then pressed
in a pneumatic press, without thinning.
Cold decantation, then temperature controlled fermentation in
French oak barrels and regular batônnage until one month before bottling,
which took place in July 2020.
