Pale yellow in colour, this vintage is very delicate, elegant, mineral and floral. In the mouth these impressions are completed with notes of yellow fruit, such as peach and pineapple, combined with subtle sensations of toasted wood, presenting a firm, very fresh, mineral, long and complex finish
The Chardonnay grape partially fermented and aged for 5 months in new French oak barrels.
Food pairing: Soups and fish dishes, as well as more spicy dishes, due to its body and aromatic complexity. We also recommend it with Azeitão cheese, for a contrast of flavors.
