Caminhos Cruzados
DOP Dão.
Vineyards: Located in the sub-region of Terras de Senhorim, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m altitude in granite soils, with an average age of 30 years.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the must is sent to a pneumatic press where it is separated from the skins, then subjected to static decantation for clarification.
Aging: 12 months in predominantly new French oak barrels.
