Colour: Straw yellow.
Nose: Complex, with citrus and dried fruit nuances, wrapped in an appealing minerality.
Palate: Volume, freshness, and minerality, with high gastronomic potential.

Caminhos Cruzados

DOP Dão.

Vineyards: Located in the sub-region of Terras de Senhorim, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400 and 500m altitude in granite soils, with an average age of 30 years.

Vinification: Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the must is sent to a pneumatic press where it is separated from the skins, then subjected to static decantation for clarification.

Aging: 12 months in predominantly new French oak barrels.

Winemaking: Carla Rodrigues, Carloto Magalhães, and Manuel Vieira
