Cabriz Colheita Selecionada White Wine, is a wine from the Dão region with a defined citrine colour with slight greenish tones. Distinctive aromatic intensity, with predominance of tropical fruits, exotic fruits, citrus blossom and lime blossom. Fruity flavour, fresh, remarkable mouth volume, elegant and harmonious.
Vinification: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC.
Maturation: Ageing in bottle a minimum 2 months.
Ready to drink now, it will evolve well in the bottle for 3 to 5 years
Contains sulphites.
