Golden straw colour. Its fresh, salty, balsamic and empyreumatic vegetal aromas revive and enliven our olfactory memory.
On the palate it is elegant, fresh and deep, complex, with a fruity finish, a sublime sensation that only a white wine born by the sea and aged in it can provide.

making each batch of wine a unique piece of PURE ART…
All of these factors promote long bottle ageing, which can improve dramatically when stored for two decades or more… giving these wines great value. 8 months in French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle at the bottom of the sea.
