O Produtor, tasting note published in May 15th 2020
With a bright appearance, very clear, with a tear present, in the colour the wine is straw yellow, with a greenish tinge, when it arrives at the nose comes the aromatic explosion, a cocktail of aromas that go from the seaside, with some sea air, to the orchard with green fruit and very fresh. In the mouth, it is Brejinho personality and complexity given by the wood and by the location of our farm, it is Atlantic, there is no doubt, very fresh, some saline and very gastronomic. Try it with a sunset by the sea, a light and fresh dish, with your hair still wet after a swim in the sea.
Sauvignon Blanc presents a perfect match with moderately cool climates, which enhance the aromatic side of the grape, light fresh fruit, herbaceous and tropical aromas. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months.

Quinta Brejinho da Costa
From Portugal, by the sea, an immense frontier emerges, a platform for wonder and discovery: the old Ocean Sea. From here half a world and almost as much, where men and ships were daring protagonists of adventures, challenging myths, writing heroic stories that still inspire us today. The Atlantic Ocean continues to be mysterious and transformative, and exceptional in the way we make wines in a geographical region that is unique in the world. Just as there are wines from valleys and volcanic areas, only Quinta do Brejinho can claim to be the creator of Atlantic wines.
