O Produtor, tasting note published in July 24th 2021
Wine with a straw yellow color, notes of dried fruits, spices, and a slight toast. On the palate, it is a wine with balanced acidity and a pleasant, persistent finish.
The Cais do Atlântico white wine is crafted by winemaker Marta Rosa at Quinta Brejinho da Costa, located on the Setúbal Peninsula, characterized by an Atlantic climate.
Vinification: This wine is produced with grapes that are hand-picked and selected, then immediately taken to the winery where they are gently pressed to preserve all varietal aromas. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 15ºC, in order to safeguard all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.
Excellent pairing with various fish dishes.

Quinta Brejinho da Costa
From Portugal, by the sea, an immense frontier emerges, a platform for wonder and discovery: the old Ocean Sea. From here half a world and almost as much, where men and ships were daring protagonists of adventures, challenging myths, writing heroic stories that still inspire us today. The Atlantic Ocean continues to be mysterious and transformative, and exceptional in the way we make wines in a geographical region that is unique in the world. Just as there are wines from valleys and volcanic areas, only Quinta do Brejinho can claim to be the creator of Atlantic wines.
