Colour - Lemon. Nose - White flowers, citrus & pear notes. Palate- Stone fruit and lemon. Balanced with medium bodied.
Climate and soil – Influence of mountains with dry and hot summers. Harvest – 2nd week of September, 100% manual harverst.Vinification – Grapes were destemmed and crushed,directly to the press; 48h cold decantation; alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC. Aging – 100% in vat.
