Citrine yellow color. Aroma of citrus fruits enveloped in mineral notes. On the palate, an exquisite acidity stands out in a well-balanced ensemble with a refreshing finish.

Boina

Philosophy: Expressing in a single wine the richness of the terroirs of the region.

Origin: From old vines over 60 years old, situated at an altitude of 500m in soils of granitic origin and shale/granite transition.

Grapes: Field Blend with predominance of Rabigato, Viosinho, Códega do Larinho, and Códega (Síria).

Vinification: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Total destemming, crushing, followed by cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10°C, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17°C.

Bottling Date: March 2022.
