Citrine yellow. Intense and fruity wine on the nose, highlighting the profile of citrus and tropical fruit profile. In the mouth, we have a very balanced wine, fresh, with good acidity and presence. The tasting ends with a long finish, a fresh and elegant set, well balanced.
Separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, thermal shock, pressing, must decantation, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, centrifugation, stabilisation, filtration.
Contains sulphites.
