The harvest took place during the second week of September 2020, in excellent weather conditions. The grapes came from a vineyard in Feiteiras and another small old vineyard at a higher altitude, opposite Casa Mãe on the Lanço estate.
Gentle pressing of whole grapes in a pneumatic press. After pressing, the grapes were decanted for 24 hours with a clean rinse. Controlled fermentation at 15°.
LOT 100% Verdelho from Casa do Lanço in São Vicente.
This blend consists of 35% of the wine matured in French oak barrels with 4 years of use and the remaining 65% in stainless steel vats, both for 14 months. In December 2021, 1428 units were bottled, all numbered. The wine aged for a further 8 months in bottle before being released to the market in September 2022.
