Quinta das Bágeiras
The Quinta das Bágeiras harvest white wine comes from vineyards with just over 15 years. It is vinified by an ancient process: the must is placed in small open decanters of 1m³, where it remains for 24 to 36 hours to decant through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it fermentes with temperature control (made with chilled water drop). It is a wine that fermentes only with the indigenous yeasts, typical of the grape, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeast.
