Quinta das Bágeiras
Made from Maria Gomes grapes, this wine comes from a vineyard whose production was quite reduced and harvested relatively early, so that the high natural acidity produced a white of guard. The must was vinified in open pipes and placed in small 1m³ decanters where it remained for 24 to 36 hours to make the decantation through natural precipitation. At the end of this process it fermented in used French oak barrels. A light bâtonnage was made and it aged in the barrels until completely clear in a natural way. Bottled without filtering or fining.
