Light and slightly greenish color. In the nose it presents citric and mineral aromas. In the mouth, the flavor is lively and very fresh and with a long finish.
The harvest was carried out manually in 12 kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes immediately went to the winery, where rigorous sorting took place. Then, it was selected, disengaged and pressed gently. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
