Gold color. Citrus aromas with some notes of smoke. Balanced tannins, good acidity, good volume and length.

António Saramago

To maintain the identity of the Setúbal Peninsula, this wine was made with grapes from the Antão Vaz and Arinto grapes. Winemaking: Fermented in a stainless steel vat at 14ºC. Aging in French oak for 7 months and in bottle for 12 months.

António Saramago

António José Ribeiro Saramago was born in village of Azeitão in 1948. From very early on demonstrated passion for the world of wine, which is not unrelated the influence of his father, José Maria Saramago, cellarman of José Maria da Fonseca winery for 42 years. With more than 200 won awards many of its wines have been widely appreciated by national and international trade press, especially by Jancis Robinson and Robert Parker.
