To maintain the identity of the Setúbal Peninsula, this wine was elaborated with grapes from the Antão Vaz and Arinto varieties.

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC.

António Saramago

António José Ribeiro Saramago was born in village of Azeitão in 1948. From very early on demonstrated passion for the world of wine, which is not unrelated the influence of his father, José Maria Saramago, cellarman of José Maria da Fonseca winery for 42 years. With more than 200 won awards many of its wines have been widely appreciated by national and international trade press, especially by Jancis Robinson and Robert Parker.
