O Produtor, tasting note published in February 27th 2025

It has a citrus yellow colour. Excellent aromatic intensity. Very fresh, citric and terpenic. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh and elegant. The finish is very long and persistent.

Lua Cheia Em Vinhas Velhas

The Full Moon project in Vinhas Velhas is the result of the passionate connection that its 3 founders – João Silva e Sousa, Francisco Baptista and Manuel Dias – have maintained with the Douro for over two decades. After so many years of being surprised by this unique wine-growing region, in 2009 it was time to show how they saw Douro wines. The company’s history begins that year with Murça white wines – an area forgotten by progress, but which produces unique wines full of identity.
