ALMA 2021 unfiltered is the first wine to emerge from the partners’ dream of making increasingly natural wines, so that the terroir can be fully expressed in a single sip.

at an altitude of 550 to 650 metres on granite soils has resulted in a wine of distinctive authenticity and freshness.

VINIFICATION
Fermentation took place over 26 days in stainless steel vats.
The wine remained in contact with fine lees for 14 months.
The wine is unfiltered, giving it a greater complexity of aromas and flavours.
