The origin of Chablis Montée de Tonnerre is located in the Yonne department of Burgundy, the “Montée de Tonnerre” vineyard is situated on the right bank of the Serein river, in the commune of Chablis, in the Domaine Long-Depaquit. The purity of its subsoil is similar to that of its prestigious neighbour, the Grand Cru “Les Blanchots”. Fermentation in oak barrels of 4 to 5 years old (100%). Ageing: In oak barrels (100%) – 10 months
