O Produtor, tasting note published in February 21st 2024
Light yellow. Fruity and intense aroma with predominance of exotic fruit fragrances. Fruity flavour with nuances of tropical fruits. In the end, it is slightly acid, with elegance and presence.
The winemaking of Alabastro Reserva wine is done in the new and modern cellar at Quinta do Carmo in Estremoz. Traditional winemaking is used where the grapes are vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, with short post fermentation macerations, to preserve the fruity aromas. The final lot ages for 6 months in wood.
