O Produtor, tasting note published in April 30th 2022

A greenish-yellow wine. The aroma is reminiscent of citrus and exotic fruit, lemon peel, lime and ripe pineapple. Wrapped in fresh vegetables, asparagus and tea leaves, it takes us back to a light minerality, almost wet stone. On the palate, it's dry, with prominent acidity, lightly textured, long and crisp.
