Greenish yellow in colour, with a clear, brilliant appearance. The nose shows the identity of the grape variety from the very first impression, suggesting fragrant, delicate floral notes of rose wrapped in a sweet background of lychee and fresh grapes. On the palate, the nose continues, revealing intense flavour, freshness and very good acidity. A highly original and attractive Alentejo wine.

Vinification
After hand-picking, the grapes were quickly transported to the cellar where they were de-stemmed and gently pressed. The cold-clarified must fermented slowly for around 2 weeks in temperature-controlled (14ºC / 16ºC) stainless steel vats.
