Summer 2014. Viticulture at AdegaMãe is perfect. The year goes on as expected. It rains when it has to and a very interesting ripening follows, leaving the winemaking team very excited about the potential of the grapes. The harvest of the whites, even in the most calcareous plots, identified as the most differentiating in the expression of the terroirAdegaMãe do Oeste. And, unexpectedly, comes the rain… For the grapes that were still in the vineyard, at least that harvest would always be a challenge. But for those who were already in the winery, the conditions seemed perfect. And although, at the time, there was still no such certainty, at AdegaMãe there was another edition of AdegaMãe Terroir Branco, the top of the house, bottled only in special years. After the first edition harvested in 2013, the successor was born. Now, having completed the entire production process, AdegaMãe Terroir Branco 2014 is finally announced and launched on the market.

The AdegaMãe was born out of a passion that has always been at the core of the Riberalves Group: wine. Supported by a modern and innovative architectural project, the AdegaMãe is a strong investment in both the wine industry and wine tourism.

As far as production is concerned, what’s special about AdegaMãe is that it invests in genuine wines that are expressive of the unique characteristics of the Lisbon Region, very much defined by its Atlantic influence.
