Rich in its aromatic diversity with floral notes, white fruit and light dried fruit, lively acidity, good volume in the mouth and elegant, quality fruit on the palate and a persistent finish.
Manual harvesting, light pressing. Cold static decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in a cement egg (80% of the blend) and ageing on the egg on fine lees for 10 months.The rest of the lot fermented and aged in 400l French oak barrels.
