Intriguing nose. Grape, grapefruit and honey notes with a touch of stone, minerality. Bulky in the mouth, with a lot of texture. Citrus fruit, very expressive and rich. Intense finish with slight salinity.
Total destemming, maceration in the press for 8 hours, cold decanting and fermentation in French oak barrels. Batonnage for 9 months, under fine lees. The wines fermented separately and the final blend was made after 9 months of aging.
