O Produtor, tasting note published in May 9th 2023
It has a very delicate and elegant profile. The floral and core fruit notes stand out. The barrel, very discreet, gives harmony and complexity, creamy texture in the mouth and a good structure supported by a firm acidity. Long, mineral and elegant finish.

The history of 100HECTARES wines starts at the beginning of the 70s, when the Brás e Cigarro family – holder of a huge passion for the Douro region – makes major investments in the purchase and renovation of properties located in the Douro sub-region – Baixo Corgo The family farms are the source of their wines, with the production being made exclusively from grapes from their properties, which is at the heart of the family’s production philosophy. of their vineyards was sold to competitors in the region, but in 2009 André and Filipe Brás wanted to make their own production of raw material profitable, vinifying an estimated value between 30% and 40% of the grapes. Some surplus production is assigned to producers in region, with total production under its own brand not yet possible.
The duty of passing the legacy from generation to generation is a feeling rooted in the family.
