Citrus appearance.
Elegant and complex, with menthol, citrus and orange blossom notes wrapped in sweet oak.
Well-balanced, rich, full-bodied, persistent with the freshness and minerality of the variety.
Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Reserva 2020, is made exclusively with grapes grown on clay soils with rolled pebbles on our property.
The grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg crates. After de-stemming the grapes, we proceed to a light pressing.
The pre-fermentation maceration is short, after which we carry out a temperature controlled fermentation.
The wine is aged in French oak on fine lees until bottling, with periodic stirring for 8 months.
