Grape selection. Obtaining must from the 1st and 2nd pressings. Decanting (24 hours at 14°C). Controlled fermentation between 18°C and 20°C. Blending. Rough filtration. Storage. Stabilization by contact method. Filtration through earth. Final filtration through membranes.
