Citrus color. Intense citrus and floral aroma, with mineral and tropical fruit notes. Elegant and involving, it ends with mineral notes in a long finish.
Vinification
After a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature the grapes are pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C for two to three weeks.
