On the nose it has aromas of raspberries and cherries. In the mouth, it is clearly a remarkable Pinot Noir, very gastronomic, well balanced and exclusive reminiscent of a walk/picnic in the forest.
Fermentation took place for 8 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with daily reassembly. After the fermentation, a maceration process is prolonged for another 5 to 6 days. Ageing for 8 months in larger stainless steel vats. Afterwards, it will remain one year in the bottle before being made available to the market.
