Fermentation took place for 8 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with daily reassembly. After the fermentation, a maceration process is prolonged for another 5 to 6 days. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and barriques, both used. Afterwards, it will remain in the bottle for one year before being made available to the market.
