Vibrant strawberry aromas with notes of light peaches and melon. The exaltation of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety in a good example of rosé. Creamy, intense, smooth texture, destined for a moment of sharing and more relaxed, "perfect for a sunny evening on the Côte d'Azur";
The grapes are harvested 10 days ahead of the time foreseen for the red varieties. This way a better acidity and a beautiful salmon pink colour is achieved. 2 days of peculiar maceration, followed by 10 days of fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Ageing 5 months in stainless steel vats with thin lees.
