Good aromatic impact, with ripe white fruit and wood notes, but forming a balanced whole. Serious and with good austerity. Good mouth volume and discreet but present acidity.

Palácio dos Távoras

Transport in 20 Kg boxes, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats below 24ºC. In French oak barrels where it stays for 10 months.
