In this spirit of innovation, Soalheiro presents the Soalheiro Mineral Rosé. The goal? To challenge connoisseurs to try a Rosé that stands out for its uniqueness, deviating from the intense sweetness and smoothness common in some rosé wines.
The result of numerous tastings by the Soalheiro winemaking team, this Rosé will allow consumers to rediscover the region’s terroir. It is a mineral and elegant wine, designed for everyone, with no age or gender restrictions, but suitable for special moments, offering a unique tasting experience.
The Soalheiro Mineral Rosé is perfect as a relaxed aperitif and also pairs excellently with light dishes such as salads, fish, and seafood. One of Soalheiro’s main concerns is to produce “wines to drink with pleasure,” focusing on quality and the growing trend of appreciating wines with a more moderate alcohol content.
This Rosé stands out for its persistence, attributed to the Pinot Noir, and the elegance provided by the Alvarinho. Produced with Alvarinho from high-altitude vineyards, where the grape variety acquires greater intensity, freshness, and minerality, Soalheiro has added Pinot Noir, also produced in the region, which imparts a more aromatic and elegant character.
