O Produtor, tasting note published in September 13th 2024
This handcrafted small-batch tequila from Satryna is made with blue Weber agave sourced from fields near Guadalajara. Smooth and subtle, it offers notes of herbal agave, sweet honey, and delicate flowers. Tequila Blanco is an Ultra Premium tequila.
Terroir and Agave: the agave used grows in the fertile fields of the “Tequila Valley” in the Jalisco region. Each plant is carefully selected, hand-harvested, and only processed for Satryna tequila production after reaching 8 to 12 years of age.
The artisanal bottles are crafted with an extraordinary degree of attention to detail. Their striking design pays tribute to the Mexican folkloric festival “El Día de los Muertos.” Each bottle is hand-numbered and signed by the Maestro Tequilero.
Distillation and Aging: Satryna Tequila is made by balancing the centuries-old art of tequila production with a modern distillation process, achieving extreme purity and unmatched smoothness.
Aging in carefully selected oak barrels delivers a tequila with a more complex character. A true testament to Mexican craftsmanship and artistry.
The production and aging process of Satryna tequila is one of the best-kept secrets of several generations of tequila producers. Originally crafted for personal use only, it is now lovingly shared with tequila enthusiasts worldwide.

Our story began over half a century ago in Jalisco, Mexico, when the legendary Tequillera Newton created a unique tequila at the request of our founder Nitzan’s oldest friends, his grandparents.
70 years and three generations later, we decided that the drink deserved to be shared with true aficionados worldwide. Thus began the journey that led to the creation of Satryna.
