Vinification:
The grapes come from the cooler areas of the Douro, at an altitude of 550 metres. After fermentation at low temperature, the wine remained in fine sediment (bâtonnage) for 3 months in order to increase complexity. The final blend was made with a second fermentation in the bottle, using the champenoise method. Vinification:
