Elegant and complex, with notes of macerated red fruits and spices. It is a young and cheerful sparkling wine with a fine bubble. It presents a long and addictive finish.

Quinta dos Monteirinhos

The Monteiro Albuquerque family has been producing wines in the Dão region for over 100 years and across 7 generations.

“Monteirinhos” is the affectionate term our fellow villagers used to refer to the younger members of the family.

We produce wines and sparkling wines known for their exceptional quality and elegance. Our red wines are particularly noteworthy, with fruity and floral aromas, soft tannins, and balanced acidity. The white and rosé wines are fresh and fruity, with floral and citrus notes.

The sparkling wines from Quinta dos Monteirinhos are an excellent choice for those seeking a high-quality Portuguese sparkling wine, elegant and balanced, with refreshing acidity and a long, creamy finish.

Quinta dos Monteirinhos is located in the Dão region, near the city of Mangualde, in Viseu. The property comprises 20 hectares of vineyards, cultivated on granitic and schist soils, surrounded by hills and picturesque natural landscapes, offering panoramic views of the surroundings and the Serra da Estrela.
