Quinta dos Monteirinhos
This sparkling wine is produced solely from the red grapes of the Touriga Nacionaland Tinta Roriz varieties, grown in vineyards with excellent sun exposure and sandy, granitic soils.
Vinification: Must fermentation at low temperatures, 15°C obtained from direct pressing of the grapes. Second fermentation carried out according to the champagne method with free yeasts.
Aging: 12 months on fine lees.
Winemaker: Hugo Chaves de Sousa.
